Replacement Policy

At Auronik, we aim to provide the best experience for our customers. Please note that we do not offer returns. However, we do offer replacements in case of a wrong or defective product.

How to Initiate a Replacement

You are eligible for a replacement if:

✅ You received the wrong product.

✅ The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

Steps to Request a Replacement:

1. Email us at support@auronik.in within 2 days of receiving your order.
   
2. Share clear pictures or videos of the item showing the issue.
   
3. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup within 3–4 business days.
   

Note: Items must be in original condition with packaging intact to qualify for a replacement.

Replacement Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the replacement approval status. If approved, we will dispatch the replacement product within 7 business days.

Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds. However, in cases where a replacement is not possible due to unavailability or any other reason, we will issue a refund. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 3–5 business days.
