Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy

At Auronik, all products are digital downloadable files. Once a purchase is completed and the download link has been delivered, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits under any circumstances.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have read and understood the product description before buying
• You understand this is a digital product with no physical delivery
• You accept that all sales are final and non-refundable
• You will not initiate a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving access

2. Why We Don't Offer Refunds

Unlike physical products, digital files cannot be "returned" once downloaded. The moment a download link is delivered, the product has been fully delivered and consumed. This policy is standard across digital product sellers globally.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for any of the following reasons:

• ❌ Change of mind after purchase
• ❌ Accidental purchase
• ❌ Claiming you did not use or open the files
• ❌ Finding a cheaper price elsewhere
• ❌ Dissatisfaction with file format (PDF)
• ❌ Not having a printer or device to view files
• ❌ Purchase made by a child or minor without consent

4. Technical Support (Non-Refundable Exception)

If you experience a genuine technical issue such as:

• Download link not received in your email (including spam folder)
• Corrupted or incomplete file download
• Payment deducted but order not confirmed

Please contact us within 48 hours of purchase at support@auronik.in with your payment screenshot. We will re-send the download link or resolve the issue at no additional charge.

Note: Resolving a technical issue does not constitute a refund — it is a delivery correction.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving a valid download link is considered fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to:

• Provide evidence of product delivery to your bank or payment processor
• Block future purchases from your account or email
• Take legal action where applicable under Indian law

7. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
